Stop pushing us to buy...
magazine subscriptions, active.com memberships with the ever annoying "congratulations you've won $5.00 off" nonsense only after you become a member and the eye strain we all suffer because you can barely see the teeny weeny "no thanks" way at the bottom of the page. My blood pressure shoots up reading all the fine print on this site, making sure Im not buying anything but my initail race registration. Please stop, please...

On March 10 we experienced some service outages, which overloaded our support lines. This explains the wait, but certainly not the lack of support.
Please reply if you have not yet resolved this issue through our Customer Support channels.
Additionally, we are in the process of evaluating how to provide clear channels to modify and/or opt-out of any Active Network program.

Pardon me but your site is the most ridiuculous site I have ever used. It is not only confusing, it is difficult to navigate. Please hire a pro to re-organize the site, otherwise we "Active" people will be forced to use a crappy monopoly like ticketmaster to preregister for events.

the process of signing up is impossible.

Stop insulting us with outrageous fees.
$13 "service fee" to register for a half-iron? On top of the $175 I have to pay to race? I find it difficult to believe you can justify that cost and I will be advising the race directors to find an alternative site for registering racers.

Please fix your activity/race search function
Whenever I search for running activities around baton rouge within a certiain date, I am given races around the country. This is very frusturating because I have to weed through every other race in other areas that your website has record of. Also, it automatically sends me to the "more" tab where I just want the specific activities that I requested. This seems like and easy fix for any web designer.

Add a CONFIRMED RIDER link
Bikereg.com has a "confirmed rider" link on their signup page. You can click it to see who has signed up for your race.
It's a great feature.
Please consider adding this feature to your site.

18 votesThank you for your feedback, Bob. Currently, you are able to “Check to see who’s registered” on event whose Organizers allow it. You can find the link in the blue box in the upper right of the event details page, if the Organizer enabled the feature.
Admittedly, the feature isn’t as easy to find as it should be. We have plans to showcase this feature more prominently in upcoming enhancements.

Be honest about prices.
You listed goldenfliers 5 mile registration at $25. Press the register button, it becomes $30. Final payment page adds $3 processing to make total $33.

put the "within ? miles" feature back in your search
Up until the other day there was an option for distance from your zip code. I live in a small town and have family and friends that I can stay w/ so this feature was very helpful...where did it go?

Provide us with the services you not only advertise, but that WE paid for in our fees!
Your company is like a doctor that charges you for tests but never gives you the results. You have no right to take our personal information and then ignore us. You are reckless, sketchy and irrisponsible. Why did you take my info yet mysteriously there is no record of my registration. Fix it before we report it.
